Your Overall Compensation | Part 1

In the two episodes of the podcast “Your Overall Compensation,” we will explore in detail the various aspects of billing and compensation for physicians, beyond fee-for-service and mixed remuneration. We will cover topics such as bonuses and allowances, annual packages, revaluation bonuses, and more.

In this first episode, we will discuss maternity, parental, and adoption leave allowances, as well as CMPA reimbursements and union dues (FMOQ, FMSQ). Additionally, we will examine incentive measures for physicians working in remote areas.

For specialist physicians, we will focus particularly on revaluation bonuses (Appendix 32) and retention bonuses (Appendix 19).
