Updates in Family Medicine

We discuss Agreement Letter 393, which introduces the GAP bridge agreement. This agreement allows physicians, on a voluntary basis, to form groups to collectively register patients waiting for a GAMF assignment while committing to provide annual appointment slots tailored to the needs of registered patients.

We also delve into Agreement Letter 389, which outlines the framework for interdisciplinary collaboration between physicians and specialized nurse practitioners (IPSPL), candidate nurse practitioners (CIPS), or mental health nurse practitioners (IPSSM).

Additionally, on December 5th, the FMOQ confirmed the renewal of the teleconsultation agreement until further notice.
