Since January 25 2023, RAMQ has adopted temporary measures to distribute payments related to mesures d’accès en temps opportun (code 42252). Payments are based on the number of patients shown in the Nombre de patients inscrits pour la tariffication report as described in the following chart:

1 000 à 1 249	2 500 $
1 250 à 1 499	3 750 $
1 500 à 1 749	5 000 $

2 000 et plus	7 500 $

Consequently, RAMQ will reevaluate payments already distributed in order to correspond to the temporary measures implemented. As soon as their systems will allow it, RAMQ will retroactively apply the LE368 measures as per the following chart:
